STANDARDS FOR FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION. The Subrecipient’s standards for financial administration must conform with the requirements of 2 CFR §200.302, Financial Management. The Subrecipient must account for grant funds in accordance with Federal and State laws, and procedures for expending and accounting for funds.
