Standard Support Availability Sample Clauses

Standard Support Availability. PeopleGuru will provide telephone, email, and CRM-based customer support during Normal Business Hours and in accordance with PeopleGuru’s then current support policy. Except for reporting service outages, all support requests that request support to be performed outside Normal Business Hours will be billed as incurred with a minimum of two consulting hours at the rates set forth on the Order Form. Customer acknowledges that the support provided under this Master Agreement does not include direct support of Employees.
