Common use of Standard Specification Clause in Contracts

Standard Specification. Standard Specification means a Specification listed in Schedule H – Drawings and Specifications as a standard Specification, as the same may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time by the Owner. The City of Toronto’s Standard Specifications can be found on-line at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Any of the OPS’ Standard Specifications can be acquired from the OPS. Subcontractor means a Person having a direct contract with the Contractor to perform a part or parts of the Work at the Site. Subject Matter of Indemnity has the meaning set out in GC 9.1.1.
