STANDARD REFERENCES. All publications and other documents (such as manuals, handbooks, codes, standards, and specifications) cited to in this Agreement for the purpose of establishing requirements applicable to equipment, materials, or workmanship are hereby incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
STANDARD REFERENCES. (a) Any materials, equipment, or workmanship specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of any specific standard shall comply with the latest edition or revision thereof, and any amendment or supplement thereto, in effect on the date of the invitation for Bids, except as limited to type, class or grade, or modified in the specifications.
(b) Standards referred to in the specifications, except as modified, shall have full force and effect as through printed in the specifications.
(c) Federal Specifications," "Commercial Standards," "Product Standards," and "Simplified Practice Recommendations" can be purchased from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington D.C. Directions for purchase and the price of each copy are contained in the respective indexes obtainable from the same source at current prices.
(d) Publications of associations referred to in the specifications may be obtained directly from the associations.
(e) The contractor shall provide, on the site, a complete current set of manufacturers' and association standards referenced from work under the contract.

And as proof of their conformity with the foregoing, both Parties appearing, in the representation in which they intervene, sign this Annex H in duplicate and for a single purpose on the date indicated in the header.

b. Upon request of the Contracting Officer, the Contractor must make available at the job site, within a reasonable time, a copy of any trade manual or standard incorporated by reference in this contract that governs quality and workmanship.
