Common use of STANDARD PRODUCT Clause in Contracts

STANDARD PRODUCT. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, EURAND hereby grants SCANDIPHARM an exclusive, royalty-bearing license under the EURAND Technology solely to the extent required to clinically develop, register, package, market, sell, have sold, import, have imported Standard Product in the Primary Territory; and a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license under the EURAND Technology solely to the extent required to clinically develop, register, package, market, sell, have sold, import, have imported, export or have exported Standard Product in the Secondary Territory.
