Standard Package. The Standard Package is a turnkey solution offered to Participants (in Sun and Intel NT based technologies) which includes: . installation and configuration service including a brief local functional and technical introduction; . remote system management, hardware and software maintenance service through 30 June 2001. The Standard Package comprises the following components: . sale of hardware and system software for 2 Member Integration System Servers which serve as trader workstations for the stand-alone configuration (as specified in more detail in the "CBOT/Eurex Alliance Standard Package" sent to Participants in February 2000); . installation of frontend System application software based on the most recent releases; . sale of two CISCO 2610 routers, one of which is equipped with one ISDN port; . installation of local area network connection between MISSs and routers; . sale of one standard office laser printer. The specific terms and conditions for sale and delivery have been separately agreed.

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date.
