Standard Approval Process. The standard approval process for a Software Title will include, at minimum, the following phases: Concept submission, Pre-Certification (optional), Certification, and Marketing Materials approval. Unless EA elects the EU Approval Option for a European FPU (described below) or as otherwise expressly stated herein, EA is required to comply at all phases. Each phase is summarized below and will be fully described in the Durango Publisher Guide.
