Standard Allowances. The standard allowances as outlined below are maximum limits to be provided at no cost to the Tenant, for the area of 35,006 square feet contained in Suites 160 and 200, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 4.2 of the Lease.
Standard Allowances. Standard allowances are not regarded as part of the ordinary rate of pay for the purpose of calculating overtime, penalty rates, public holidays and types of paid leave such as personal leave. The allowance is not applicable during periods of unpaid leave. They are applied at the rate of one unit per week irrespective of the hours actually worked.
