Common use of Stand Alone Clause in Contracts

Stand Alone. Except for Contracts entered into by the Business in the Ordinary Course, no part of the Business is conducted through any Person other than the Business or the Vendors . The Vendors and their affiliates and family members other than the Corporation do not have, and none of the Vendor’s s managers , officers or Employees has, any interest in any property, asset or right used in or pertaining to the Business.
