Common use of Stamp Duty Clause in Contracts

Stamp Duty. The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bank) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes or charges.

Stamp Duty. The Borrower shall (and it is hereby expressly undertaken by the Borrower to pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bank) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes or charges.

Stamp Duty. The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the BankLender) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank Lender against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes or charges.

Stamp Duty. The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bank excluding income taxes on the overall net income of the Bank) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower to pay such stamp stamp, taxes or charges.

The Borrower shall (and it is hereby expressly undertaken by the Borrower to) pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bank) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes or charges.

The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, registration documentary and other similar duties and taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bankif any) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to which this Agreement and or any of the other Security Documents, related documents may be subject or give rise and shall fully indemnify the Bank Lender from and against any and all liabilities with respect toexpense, damage, loss or resulting from liability which it may incur as a result of any delay or omission on the part of by the Borrower to pay any such stamp taxes or chargesduties.

The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, documentary, registration and similar taxes or charges other like duties or Taxes (including those any duties or Taxes payable by the BankLender) imposed by governmental authorities on or in relation to connection with [this Agreement and any of the other Security Agreement][the Finance Documents, ] and shall indemnify the Bank Lender against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from liability arising by reason of any delay or omission on the part of by the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes duties or chargesTaxes.

The Borrower Borrowers shall (and it is hereby expressly undertaken by the Borrowers to) pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bank) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower Borrowers to pay such stamp taxes or charges.

The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, registration documentary and other similar duties and taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bank) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to which this Agreement and or any of the related documents (other Security Documents, than Transferable Loan Certificates) may be subject or give rise and shall fully indemnify the Bank Lender and Paribas from and against any and all losses or liabilities with respect to, or resulting from which they may incur as a result of any delay or omission on the part of by the Borrower to pay any such stamp taxes duties or chargestaxes.

The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, documentary, registration and similar or other like duties or taxes or charges (including those any duties or taxes payable by the BankLender) imposed by governmental authorities on or in relation to connection with this Agreement and , any of Security Document, the other Security Documents, Facility or the Loan and shall indemnify the Bank Lender against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from liability arising by reason of any delay or omission on the part of by the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes duties or chargestaxes.

The Borrower shall pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the BankLender) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Finance Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank Lender against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes or charges.

Stamp Duty. The Borrower Borrowers shall (and it is hereby expressly undertaken by the Borrowers to pay any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the Bank) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement, the Master Agreement and any of the other Security Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower Borrowers to pay such stamp taxes or charges.

Stamp Duty. The Borrower shall pay (if applicable) any and all stamp, registration and similar taxes or charges (including those payable by the BankLender) imposed by governmental authorities in relation to this Agreement and any of the other Security Finance Documents, and shall indemnify the Bank Lender against any and all liabilities with respect to, or resulting from delay or omission on the part of the Borrower to pay such stamp taxes or charges.
