Common use of Staffing Model Clause in Contracts

Staffing Model. 59.1 The parties agree to the staffing models for the existing Darwin and ▇▇▇▇▇ Springs Correctional Centres, and the Barkly Work Camp, as set out in Schedule 3. 59.2 The Parties acknowledge the need for regular and ongoing monitoring, assessment and review of staffing arrangements in response to changing operational requirements. 59.3 Variations to the staffing model may be made in accordance with the process set out under clause 56 (Management of Change).
