Staffing Model Clause Samples

The Staffing Model clause defines how personnel will be assigned and managed for a particular project or service. It typically outlines the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications required for staff members, and may specify minimum staffing levels or procedures for replacing key personnel. This clause ensures that the parties have a clear understanding of who will be working on the project and helps maintain consistent service quality by setting expectations for staffing resources.
Staffing Model. 1. Each unit develops a unit-level staffing model (core staffing) that specifies the staffing needed to cover operations (refer to joint staffing language in the National Agreement). The model will include assumptions about productivity and performance that reflect both historical experience and expectations of process improvements. 2. The model will include workload factors such as seasonal fluctuations. 3. The model will also include all time away from work and work-related assignments. 4. The staffing model identifies core staffing levels for various operating levels and identifies triggers for backfill based in part on service level metrics (e.g., if service levels fall below a certain defined point). 5. The model must account for special- ized skills and hard-to-fill occupations. 6. There will be no automatic backfills: it will be based on the staffing model, which may specify different staffing coverage in different operating circumstances. 7. The staffing model will be reviewed on an annual basis and adjusted

Staffing Model. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Government Advisory Services Department staff are located throughout the United States. We operate in a largely virtual environment, with team members serving clients throughout the Unites States regardless of their physical location. Yet, we recognize that clients value local resources, and we therefore strive to assign several team members to each engagement who are located in the same region as each client. In this case, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ are located in the region. We also anticipate that other team members may be on-site for the initial stages of this engagement. The entire team is available for future on-site work should the need arise, but we anticipate that the work under this engagement can largely be performed remotely. In today’s virtual world, we are able to serve clients remotely with a level of service that feels as though we are located next door. As discussed, our firm has invested in the technology resources to be effective with a nationwide footprint while maintaining the relationships normally only found with a local service provider.
