Staff Responsibility. A. Staff may be subject to disciplinary action by the supervisor in consultation with the Superintendent 1. Inattention to duty. 2. Being habitually tardy. 3. Inefficiency. 4. Unauthorized absences. 5. Damage to and/or theft of school property. B. An employee’s attitude and character while on the job shall at all times be above and beyond reproach, always reflecting a capable and responsible image of the Pavilion Central School District, as well as the community it serves and represents.
