Common use of Staff Representatives Clause in Contracts

Staff Representatives. A. Within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this Agreement, the Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the geographic jurisdictions they are responsible for. The Employer will recognize any staff representative on the list. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
