Common use of Staff Representation Clause in Contracts

Staff Representation. a) The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when meeting with the Employer. b) A staff representative of the Union shall request permission from the Employer for access to the Employer's premises for the purpose of consulting with a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with regard to Union matters, or the Employer. It is agreed that such visits will be during normal business hours and timed to cause as little disruption as possible to the normal conduct of the business. Such consultations with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be in a place designated by the Employer and time taken shall be kept to a minimum.
