Staff Maintenance. Any change from current practice of staffing on mid-year projections of annual average daily membership shall be made through the governance procedure. After contracts have been issued for the following year, termination shall be for unsatisfactory performance only.
Staff Maintenance. Founders shall, at its own expense, maintain such staff and employ or retain such personnel as it shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such staff and personnel may include officers of Founders and persons employed or otherwise retained by Founders to provide or assist in providing services to the Fund other than those Services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement.

Dreyfus shall, at its own expense, maintain such staff and employ or retain such personnel and consult with such other persons as it shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such staff and personnel may include officers of Dreyfus and persons employed or otherwise retained by Dreyfus to provide or assist in providing services to the Fund other than those Services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement.

Staff Maintenance. A. There will be no reduction in the number of staff positions for any school year covered by this contract without 20 days notice to the teacher or teachers involved.
B. If any teacher or any teachers determine that the impact of such reduction has or will result in a heavier work load, they will within 10 days of receiving such notice, notify the Superintendent of Schools of their desire to bargain with respect to such impact, but the final decision will rest with the Board of Education. Substantial decreasing enrollment is a factor which could cause the reduction in staff positions.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such staff and personnel may include officers of BNYM Investment Adviser and persons employed or otherwise retained by BNYM Investment Adviser to provide or assist in providing services to the Fund other than those Services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement.

MBSC shall, at its own expense, maintain such staff and employ or retain such personnel as it shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such staff and personnel may include officers of MBSC and persons employed or otherwise retained by MBSC to provide or assist in providing services to mutual funds other than those Services to be provided to the Fund pursuant to this Agreement.
