Staff Evaluations. For staff employees, performance evaluation criteria and procedures will be established by the Employer in consultation with the Staff Performance Evaluation Working Group outlined in ▇▇▇ Appendix H. Evaluation and performance feedback and criteria will be based on: (a) Current duties and responsibilities as described in the employee’s job description; and (b) Information and examples of the employee’s performance based on competencies required to perform successfully in a position.
