STAFF EVALUATION. 5.1 The Board and the Association agree that the responsibility for staff evaluations rests with the administration and that such evaluation will be done on an ongoing basis. Staff evaluation will be conducted by the school administration in accordance with the SAU 41 Professional Growth Model which has been approved by the Association and the NH Department of Education.
