Staff Development Funds. 11A Bargaining unit members shall be allowed to participate in projects to be funded from AB 1725 staff development funds carried over from prior years until such funds are exhausted. Upon exhaustion of such funds this program will cease, provided however if the State restores funding to the program, the District will restore the program, including the staff development advisory committee set forth in the 2009-11 Agreement.
