Common use of Staff Allocation Committee Clause in Contracts

Staff Allocation Committee. A Staff Allocation Committee, consisting of 3 representatives each from (a) the Local Bargaining Unit and (b) the Administration and the Trustees, shall meet at regular intervals during the life of this Collective Agreement.

The Committee shall examine issues related to the allocation of teacher staffing within and for the schools under the Board's jurisdiction. The Committee shall report to both parties (the Board and O.E.C.T.A.) by March 31 of each year with recommendations for the following school year.
