To raise an SSR with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the customer Representative shall follow the following procedure: 9.1.1. Contact CSH by telephone or email in accordance with the provisions of Clause 12. 9.1.2. Provide the following information to CSH: 9.1.2.1 Contact details (Contact name, customer name, telephone number, login details); 9.1.2.2 The name of the Products in which the problem or failure arose or occurred; 9.1.2.3 Any unique reference number, used by the customer's internal support desk (if applicable); and 9.1.2.4 Problem details (date/time of problem, content of any error message (if applicable), its opinion of the SSR priority, the nature of problem, any precursors to problem, whether problem may be easily replicated, and any other associated and/or relevant information such as screen dumps, reports and data files). 9.2. The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that SSRs are only raised by customer Representatives who are sufficiently trained in the use of the relevant Products in accordance with Clause 8.1. 9.3. Elisian will at all times use its reasonable endeavours to respond to SSRs as quickly as possible in accordance with the target response and resolution times set out in Schedule 4. 9.4. When an SSR is passed to the IRT in accordance with Clause 5.3 the IRT member appointed to resolve the SSR will determine whether the resolution of the problem requires application software or data to be amended. If amendments are required, then the IRT member may require further information from the customer to resolve the problem. Once the IRT member has determined what is likely to be required to resolve the problem, he will inform the customer of the current state of the SSR. Should a response not be provided within the target response times set out in Schedule 4, then the SSR shall be escalated in accordance with Clause 11. 9.5. If a resolution of an SSR is likely to result in a material impact on the Products the IRT member will seek authorisation from customer prior to carrying out any action that is likely to have such impact. If the SSR is a change request (as discussed under Clause 17) the IRT member will carry out an impact analysis detailing the nature and cost of the change.
