Common use of SROs Clause in Contracts

SROs. may conduct investigatory stops or detentions of students on school property or at school sponsored events only when the officer has reasonable suspicion to believe that the student has been, is, or is about to be engaged in the commission of a crime. Absent exigent circumstances, such stops and detentions should follow the process outlined below in subsection xv.
