Common use of SQMD Plan Clause in Contracts

SQMD Plan. Prior to commencing Commercial Operation, Seller shall support and reasonably cooperate with Utility in Utility’s development and submittal to the Market Operator of its Settlement Quality Meter Data (“SQMD”) compliance plan for the Facility.
