Common use of Sponsoring Organization’s Right to Amend Clause in Contracts

Sponsoring Organization’s Right to Amend. The Sponsoring Organization may amend any part of the prototype form of this Plan or the Adoption Agreement in any respect at any time (including retroactive amendments) so that they may conform with applicable provisions of the Code or with any other applicable law as in effect from time to time, or to make such other changes to the Plan or the Adoption Agreement as the Sponsoring Organization deems advisable. Any such amendment shall be effected by delivering a written notice of such amendment to the Employer at the Employer’s last known address as shown in the records of the Custodian.
