Spokespersons. In large departments at enterprises, spokespersons may be elected on both dayshifts and other shifts, if the local parties agree. Such spokespersons, who are elected from among employees having at least one year's seniority, are entitled to a notice period of four weeks in addition to the notice period stipu- lated in clause 21.
