Splits. (a) Subject to Section 3.07(c) and Section 3.04, and unless otherwise provided in any Share Designation, the Company may make a pro rata distribution of Shares of a Series to all Record Holders of such Series, or may effect a subdivision or combination of Shares of any Series, in each case, on an equal per Share basis and so long as, after any such event, any amounts calculated on a per Share basis or stated as a number of Shares are proportionately adjusted
