Splits. Any distribution, subdivision or combination of the Company Units shall be accompanied by a simultaneous and proportionate distribution, subdivision or combination of the AAP Class A Units and AAP Class B Units pursuant to the AAP Partnership Agreement and the PAGP Class A Shares and PAGP Class B shares pursuant to the PAGP LP Agreement, and vice versa. This provision shall not be amended unless corresponding changes are made to the AAP Partnership Agreement and the PAGP LP Agreement.
