Split Weekend Clause. If the payment due date falls on a Sunday, or on a Monday that is not a New York Banking Day in the place where payment is to be made, payment shall be made in immediately available funds to Seller on the next New York Banking Day after such payment due date. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday, or on a non-New York Banking Day other than a Monday in the place where payment is to be made, payment shall be made in immediately available funds to Seller on the last New York Banking Day prior to such payment due date.
