Split Specimen. All testing under this policy shall be conducted at federally certified laboratories selected by the Board. The Board will arrange for its collection sites to do split specimen urine collection in the drug and alcohol testing process to facilitate appropriate re-testing. All drug and/or alcohol positive tests shall be confirmed by a second test. If the test results are positive for drugs and/or alcohol, the employee may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
