Splash Screen Clause Samples
A Splash Screen clause defines the requirements and conditions for displaying an introductory screen or image when an application or software is launched. Typically, this clause specifies the duration, branding elements, and any mandatory information that must appear on the splash screen, such as company logos or copyright notices. By setting these standards, the clause ensures consistent branding and legal compliance, while also managing user expectations during the application's loading process.
