Spending Limits. 4.1 We may lower the spending limits on the vPayment Account(s) at any time, without prior notice and without stating reasons. Outstanding Charges reduce the set spending limit accordingly. You may only use the vPayment Account(s) within the stipulated spending limit. We may request immediate payment of the amounts owed if spending limits are exceeded.
