Speed. (a) The Contract Price shall not be affected or changed by reason of the actual speed, as determined by trial run in accordance with the Specifications, being less than three-tenths (3/10) of one (1) knot below the Guaranteed Speed of the VESSEL specified and required under Paragraph 3(b) of Article I of this Contract (hereinafter called the “Guaranteed Speed”).
