Spectrum and Operator Controlled Spectrum. During the Term, Operator will, no later than 30 days following written notice from Sprint, provide Sprint with access to such records and information concerning the Spectrum and Operator Controlled Spectrum as are reasonably needed to determine compliance with the terms of this Agreement or to evaluate whether Sprint should elect to exercise any of its rights under Sections 17.1 or 17.
