Common use of Specified Roads Clause in Contracts

Specified Roads. “Specified Roads” are roads, including related transportation facilities and appurtenances, shown on Sale Area Map and listed in A7. Purchaser shall construct Specified Roads used under this contract. Construction initiated by Purchaser on any such Specified Road shall be completed to an agreed terminus that meets Purchaser’s needs and prevents unnecessary impact on National Forest resources.
