Common use of SPECIFIC UTILIZATION CONDITION Clause in Contracts

SPECIFIC UTILIZATION CONDITION. In addition to the utilization conditions provided by Clause 2.6 from Chapter 1 (General provisions) hereof, the Borrower is entitled to use the Facility Limit under the condition to provide the Bank with the duly filled-in payment instruments, in a form satisfactory to the Bank, whereby the Bank is instructed to make the Credit Facility payments.

SPECIFIC UTILIZATION CONDITION.
