Common use of Specific Use Clause in Contracts

Specific Use. MTA hereby grants permission to Occupant to use the following-described facilities: auditorium and conference room (“MTA Tech Center”), for the sole purpose of mission- specific, professional events, registered businesses and non-profits for events and meetings that are not religious, nor have political affiliations (“Permitted Activities”), for the below-defined Term.
