Specific Rights and Powers. In addition to any other rights and powers which it may possess pursuant to the Act, the General Partner shall have, subject to the limitations elsewhere contained in this Agreement, all specific rights and powers required for or appropriate to the operation and management of the Partnership business, which, by way of illustration but not by way of limitation, shall include the following rights and powers to the extent that, in the General Partner's judgment, they are in furtherance of the best interests of the Partnership:
