Specific relief requested. The aggrieved shall be present at each level of the grievance procedure unless it is mutually agreed between the Local Association President and the Board representative that the aggrieved shall not be present. Within five (5) days of the meeting at Level II, the employer will respond in writing to the Association. If the response is not agreeable, the grievance moves to Level III.
