SPECIFIC PROJECT SCOPE. The Consultant agrees to perform professional services in connection with the project and will serve as the Owner's representative in those phases of the project to which this agreement applies. Professional services to be provided by the Engineer are generally described as preliminary design, environmental documentation, final design and contract document preparation, and construction administration services. The fixed scope of services for this agreement are detailed in the Scope of Services, Exhibit E, and by this reference are made a part of this agreement.
