Specific Policy for Groups. Reservations of more than 1 tent, made by the same guest, or with different guests but belonging to the same group, must be communicated by the Customer to Kampaoh as "group reservations" and are subject to approval by Kampaoh. Failure by the customer to inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the time of booking that it is a group reservation, regardless of whether they were made by one or several guests, will allow Kampaoh, once this circumstance is known, to proceed with its cancellation, refunding the deposit paid, with no com- pensation for the Customer, taking into account the Customer’s breach of not having notified that the ▇▇▇▇▇- vation(s) corresponded to a group and therefore not having obtained prior authorization from Kampaoh.
