Specific Performance; Consequential Damages. Each Party hereto may enforce its rights and the obligations of the other Parties by the remedy of specific performance. Except as expressly provided herein, in no event shall any party be liable hereunder to any other party for any indirect, consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, whether based on contract or tort, or for any punitive or exemplary damages.
