Specific Modification Requirements a. Window coverings such as draperies, verticals, curtains, shutters, blinds or shades in any unit must have a solid light neutral color liner or exterior. b. Window film sunscreen covering or tint placed on window glass must be non- mirrored and not change the color of the glass. The film must be warranted not to change color. c. Hard flooring materials (tile, wood, etc.) require specific sound deadening or noise avoidance measures. d. Balcony flooring over membranes on exposed balconies requires special efforts to ensure that they are not installed in a manner detrimental to the Common Elements. Before installation, details such as method of adhesion and thickness of flooring material must be submitted with your request. Review by a building engineer may be required.
