Specific Insurance Requirement. In the event it is required for FEMA reimbursement qualification or other legal requirement or Prudent Utility Practice that the property insurance policies for coverage of the System be maintained by the District, the District agrees to maintain such policies mutually agreeable to the Parties, provided that all costs associated therewith shall be borne by the Operator.
