Specific Exclusions. It is expressly understood that the release contained in this Agreement does not encompass the promises and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement. This Agreement also does not contemplate or include within the release hereunder post-Effective Date intentionally willful, tortious, or criminal acts of either Party, such acts being expressly excluded from this Agreement.
