Common use of Specific Defaults Clause in Contracts

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, or (ii) contained in Section 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) or in any provision of Article VIII (other than Section 8.01); or

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 7.01, 7.04, 7.05 or 7.07 and such failure continues unremedied for five ten Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, or (ii) contained in any of Section 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i6.03(a) (with respect to any Borrower) or 6.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII (other than Section 8.01)VII; or

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, thereof or (ii) contained in Section subsection 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) 7.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII not referred to above in clause (other than Section 8.01i); or.

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 7.01, 7.04, 7.05 or 7.07 and such failure continues unremedied for five ten (10) Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, or (ii) contained in any of Section 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i6.03(a) (with respect to any Borrower) or 6.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII (other than Section 8.01)VII; or

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 8.01, 8.04 or 8.07 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, or (ii) contained in Section subsection 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) 7.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII not referred to above in clause (other than Section 8.01i); or.

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 6.01 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, Knowledge thereof or (ii) contained in Section 7.03(a5.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) 5.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII VI not referred to above in the preceding clause (other than Section 8.01i); or.

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 8.1 or 8.7 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, thereof or (ii) contained in Section 7.03(asubsection 7.3(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) 7.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII Section 8 not referred to above in clause (other than Section 8.01i); or.

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 or 8.07 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, thereof or (ii) contained in Section subsection 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) 7.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII not referred to above in clause (other than Section 8.01i); or.

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 8.01, 8.04 or 8.07 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, or (ii) contained in either subsection 7.03(a) or Section 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) 7.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII (other than Section 8.01)VIII; or

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 8.01, 8.04, 8.05 or 8.07 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, or (ii) contained in any of Section 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) or 7.12 or in any other provision of Article VIII (other than Section 8.01)VIII; or

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, thereof or (ii) contained in Section 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) or in any provision of Article VIII (other than Section 8.01); or

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, thereof or (ii) contained in Section 7.03(a), in clause (B)(II) of the proviso to the first sentence of Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower7.13(a) or in any provision of Article VIII (other than Section 8.01); or

The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 8.01 and such failure continues unremedied for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Company has knowledge thereof, thereof or (ii) contained in Section 7.03(a), in Section 7.04(a)(i) (with respect to any Borrower) or in any other provision of Article VIII not referred to in the foregoing clause (other than Section 8.01i); or
