Common use of Specific Defaults Clause in Contracts

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a) (other than Section 5.01(a)(iv)(A)), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement or Section 2 of the Intercreditor Agreement; or

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail fails to perform or observe or perform any covenantterm, obligation, condition covenant or agreement set forth contained in Section 5.01(aany of Sections 5.01, 5.02(a), 5.02(c), 5.03(a), 5.04(a) (other than Section 5.01(a)(iv)(A)with respect to maintenance of the Borrower’s existence only), Section 5.01(f5.08, 5.09(b), Section 5.01(g)5.11, Section 5.01(h)5.14, Section 5.01(i)5.16, Section 5.01(k), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement or Section 2 of the Intercreditor Agreement; orArticle VI;

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a) (other than Section 5.01(a)(iv)(A)), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k), Section 5.01(l), Section 5.01(m), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement or Section 2 of the Intercreditor Agreement5.03; or

Any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, obligation, condition or agreement set forth in Section 5.01(a) (other than Section 5.01(a)(iv)(A)5.01(a)(i)-(v), Section 5.01(f), Section 5.01(g5.01(g)(i) or (ii), Section 5.01(h), Section 5.01(i), Section 5.01(k5.01(j), Section 5.02 or Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement 5.03; or Section 2 of the Intercreditor Agreement; or​
