Specific Data Handling. 8.4.1. Any conviction information that is supplied by ACRO with regards to foreign convictions cannot be held on any system outside of ACRO/ Probation Board of Northern Ireland (PBNI) ownership (such as local information systems) and can only be used for the purposes (i.e. the specific case) for which it was requested.
