SPECIFIC CONTROLLING PROVISIONS. This Trust Agreement contains several alternative provisions which may be elected or declined by the Settlor as indicated below. Those provisions elected by the Settlor shall become a part of This Trust and thereafter the Trust shall be construed as if the non-elected provisions were not contained herein. The following elected provisions shall control the operation of this Trust:
