SPECIFIC CONDITION. Benefits for baggage and personal effects will be in excess of any amount paid or payable by the Common Carrier responsible for the loss. Benefits for baggage and personal effects will be in excess of all other valid and collectible insurance. If at the time of the occurrence of any loss there is other valid and collectible insurance in place, the Company will be liable only for the excess of the amount of loss, over the amount of such other insurance, and any applicable deductible.
