Specialist Appointments. ‌ When an employee's Doctor refers the employee to a Specialist then any necessary travel time, to a maximum of twenty-one point six (21.6) [twenty-two point five (22.5) effective September 1, 2013) work hours, for the employee to visit such Specialist shall be paid for and deducted from sick leave credits.
